I visited Glow Clinic by Dr. Varshini Reddy and initially had a good experience, with a bill value exceeding ₹80-90K. However, I was disappointed with the lack of follow-up care. Despite the high cost, Dr. Varshini was not available for proper post-procedure support during the follow-up, which is unacceptable at this level of service.
Moreover, my friend also had a similar experience — a poorly handled procedure and no proper aftercare. It’s unfortunate to say, but the clinic feels overly commercial and lacks genuine customer-centric care. This is something that needs serious attention if they want to build long-term trust with clients.
